Gorob Project: The project is exited in Dammam Airport Road (100 m) with a a total area of 700,000 sq. mt. and the project is developing the infrastructure only; including the roads, asphalting, electricity, lights, telephones, and sewage systems. The total project cost was around SR 105 million. The lans are for residential and commercial uses. The project was on 2004–2009.
