REMAL Resort: The project is existed in Northern Riyadh (Thumamah). The land of the project with a total area 1.6 million sq. mt was bought and the concept were developed. Afterward, during the conceptual development phase shown, the lands were offered and sold to a government institution (GOSI). But the experience of developing the concept and the plan was enriching.
