TELAL Doha (Prince Saud Al Faisal Land) Project: The project is exited in a very strategic location in Dharan near KFUP & ARAMCO on King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals Road – Prince Mohammed Bin Fahd Rd. - Dammam Dharan Highway 100m - (near Gulf Royal Palace). The project is of a total area of 1,700,000sq.mt. and the project is developing the infrastructure only; including the roads, asphalt, electricity, lights, telephones, and sewage systems. The total project cost was around SR 600million, of which our role was developing 25% portion. The lands are for residential and commercial uses. It contains big size lands for palaces. The project was on 2002–2007.
